BIM Course Plans
Pricing & Software Covered.
Every module is designed around what AEC firms test for in interviews and use on real projects — with three plans depending on how deep you want to go.
7 modules.
120 days.
This is the full module breakdown for the Apex program. Foundation and Structure cover a subset of these modules over a shorter timeline — see the comparison table below.
AEC sectors, stakeholders, project lifecycle, procurement types, and the site-to-model relationship. Covers how BIM fits into the broader construction process.
Layers, object properties, dimensioning, text styles, block creation, layouts, page setups, plotting, and annotation standards used in professional AEC environments.
Architecture, Structure, and MEPF modelling in Revit. Family creation, parameters, nested families, sheets, schedules, BOQs, riser diagrams, legends, and IFC-ready deliverables.
BIM Execution Plan (BEP), BIM Implementation (BI), BIM Assessment Protocol (BAP), and ISO 19650 framework. The standards global projects require — taught practically.
Model aggregation, clash detection workflow, interference reports, coordination meetings, 4D construction simulation, and model review for site teams.
Project setup, document management, design collaboration, model coordination, issue tracking, RFI management, and mobile field workflows on Autodesk Construction Cloud.
End-to-end project delivery: produce a real BIM portfolio from scratch. Includes resume review, LinkedIn optimization, mock interviews, and introductions to hiring partners.
Three paths.
One destination.
Apex, Structure, or Foundation — choose the depth that matches your background and career goals.
The complete BIM education. Adds 1-on-1 mentoring, priority placement, 4D simulation, and advanced BIM documentation.
The most chosen path. Adds Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 and full placement support. Everything needed to land a BIM role.
Ideal for beginners. Covers construction fundamentals, AutoCAD drafting, and BIM introduction. The starting point for anyone new to the AEC software world.
How we're
different.
No Pre-Recorded Filler
Every session is live and interactive. Instructors answer questions in real time, the way real mentors do.
Real Project Output
You leave with a portfolio built from actual deliverables, not exercises. Employers can see the difference.
Industry-Standard Stack
We teach the tools firms actually use — not outdated software or watered-down versions.
Placement That Actually Works
Our placement support includes direct hiring partner introductions — not just a job board.
Practitioners, Not Just Trainers
Our faculty are working BIM professionals, not full-time instructors reading from slides.
ISO 19650 Aligned
We teach international BIM standards so graduates are competitive on both Indian and global projects.
This Course Is Built For You If…
No prior BIM software experience needed. If you can use a computer, we'll take you from zero to job-ready.
Fresh Graduates
You just finished B.Arch, B.E./B.Tech Civil, or Mechanical/Electrical, and want a career edge that gets you hired fast — not just another degree collecting dust.
Working Professionals on 2D CAD
You're already employed but stuck on 2D drafting. Clients and firms are demanding BIM, and you don't want to fall behind your own industry.
Professionals Targeting International Roles
You want to work in the UAE, UK, Saudi Arabia, or Australia. BIM is the non-negotiable entry requirement for nearly every overseas AEC firm.
Career Switchers Into AEC
You're in interior design, construction supervision, or a related field and want to pivot into the higher-growth BIM technology side of the industry.
Does This Sound Familiar?
Every AECCORE student felt exactly what you're feeling right now.
Degree in hand. Zero callbacks.
Every job description asks for BIM. Your degree opens the door — skills are what actually get you hired.
→ Job-ready pipelineStuck on 2D CAD for years.
Same desk, same salary, three years running. BIM is what breaks the ceiling on your current role.
→ Structured upskillingApplied abroad. Rejected.
International firms check software fluency, not just talent. BIM certification is what changes the outcome.
→ Global-standard curriculumHours of YouTube. Still lost.
Self-taught BIM falls apart on real projects. You need live faculty, real briefs, and actual feedback.
→ 100+ live class hoursThe Tools Every Job Demands.
The complete Apex plan covers the full stack. Foundation and Structure cover a subset — see the plan comparison above for exactly what's included in each.
AutoCAD
The industry's most-used 2D & 3D drafting tool. Floor plans, sections, elevations, and 3D modelling from scratch.
Revit
Autodesk's BIM powerhouse. Model complete buildings with parametric intelligence and data extraction.
Navisworks
The go-to tool for BIM coordination and clash detection across every discipline before construction.
BIM 360
Autodesk's cloud collaboration platform. Manage models, documents, and RFIs the way international firms do.
Autodesk Construction Cloud
The common data environment tying design, field, and project teams together on one connected platform.
Plannerly
BIM execution planning software used to set and track ISO 19650-aligned standards across a project team.
